Protective Clothing/Equipment Requirements:

· Motorcycle Leathers 1 piece (or 2 piece that can be zipped together)

· Motorcycle boots

· Motorcycle gloves

· Australian Standard approved helmet all undamaged and in good condition.

Riders Briefing:

ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND RIDERS BRIEFING.

The riders briefing covers the day’s proceedings and provides information on how to enter and exit the track, flags, etc and to answer any questions you may have.

If you arrive at the track late and miss the riders briefing you may not take part in the day.

Rules of Conduct:

It is all riders’ responsibility to ensure they come to the track not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance that may impede their ability to ride a motorcycle safely.

Safety.

There is Zero tolerance on dangerous riding. Any student dangerously or not complying with the rules will be asked to leave immediately and banned from future events.

There is no alcohol or illegal substances permitted at the track at any time during the event.

Riders at all times must ride within their limits and those of the Track and their Motorcycle.

Pay attention to the flag marshals.

This is not a race day; this is meant to be a fun, safe and enjoyable day for all.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Refunds will not be given for bad weather; this is the one thing that we cannot control.

In the rare case and if track officials deem the track dangerous due to flooding and/or debris on the circuit, it may be cancelled, and your spot transferred to another date.

Refunds – Only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Wheelie Zone.
